Cusco Boyz

Wouldn’t be a Latin American city without a plaza, right?
Yes, that’s Alpaca carpaccio on the menu, delicious! More food to come in my Foodz post…
Great chocolate shop next door to the hotel, picked up some snacks.
Did some exploring around the city, like all walks it’s starts out fine…
And then deteriorates to nothing!
Still crazy about Incans after all these years.

Map dreamz?

They do love talking about rocks…
Yup, rocks.
Old and new rocks.
Nice view of the city from one of the ruins.

Abancay Boyz

Every town since Colombia has had some kind of party going on, this one was for families against domestic violence.

This town is the gateway to the Inca empire through that mountain gap.

I was awakened to the sound of the military doing their morning workout (need audio).

Beautiful morning overlooking the school where the military was exercising a few hours before, now loud with kids playing soccer.

Town square… freaky puma!
They publish the names of all of the voters and their votes in public.

Nasca Boyz

We went up to a mirador before setting out with the drone…

Well, it is Peru after all.

Yup, lines.

We stayed at this pretty cool spot named the “Oasis”, it was except for the fact that the town was partying until 3 am.
Gotta love, er, translations? You can’t make it out, but the Chicken Cutlest and Gordon Bleu are my faves…

Dronez – Nasca

Well, we managed to climb to a spot near the road and out of the way of planes…

We’re the two dots just below the small spiral
The area is pretty amazing…
The lines stretch really far into the desert, not sure what I believe anymore.

Helmetz – Lima

Battery saved the “Safe for kid rating”…
Riding through the desert to Lima.

Ok, at some point I cleaned my camera lens and it got tilted. I never claimed to be an expert, but this is very annoying. Turn your head to the left for the next week, sorry!

Trujillo Boyz

Went to the beach, only to find a crazy ocean wall, about 3 miles long.

Yes, that’s a person in the photo
After making several comments for these people to leave, I just took the photo. At least you can get an idea for how giant that mermaid is.
Listen to that ocean!!
Lots of crabs
Nice beach, huh?

We had dinner for 12, well, just me & Alex.

Chiclayo Boyz

Plaza with 1,000 cops or military, who knows. Again we managed to roll in on a national holiday!
Found this super tiny bar that was a lot of fun, why the screwdriver?
Had to do some repairs on my helmet camera, this is the second one where I’ve mangled the camera button… fixed it with a cocktail straw.
This poor kid spends 2 hours each morning setting up this display.
